Yes, an advance reservation is required for all Exodus Experiences. If a show is sold out, you can try your luck with our waitlist — more on that below! Exodus Experiences are intimate and exclusive, and all experiences are by donation only. No-shows will be prevented from making future reservations.

All you gotta do is visit our online box office to make a reservation. If an event is sold out, you’ll have an option to join the waitlist.

Exodus performs on a number of different Sky Railway train rides. These rides are ticketed via the Sky Railway box office, and are set at a fixed price. To view ride dates and tickets, click here.

Yes, if available. Please cancel your reservation through Eventbrite and book a new ticket. You can find details about canceling your ticket in your confirmation email from Eventbrite.

Please cancel your ticket using Eventbrite as far in advance as possible. No-shows and last minute cancellations have a big impact on the show and the audience. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will impact future booking capabilities.

All guests must arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of the time on their ticket. I.E., if your show starts at 7:30, you must arrive by 7:15. For the safety of the audience and actors, there is absolutely no late seating.

If your event has a dress code, you will receive specific clothing guidance from exodus@exodusensemble.com closer to the date of your performance.

Late arrivals will not be accommodated due to the immersive nature of Exodus Experiences. All guests must arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of the time on their ticket.

Exodus Experiences are designated as Theatre-MA and are intended for guests aged 18 and over only. For reference, consider shows like Squid Game, The Sopranos, and Euphoria. Exodus Experiences may contain loud noises, strobe lighting, and audience movement through dimly lit or confined spaces as well as violence, nudity, and the use of props resembling weapons (e.g., toy guns that are non-operable), along with other graphic imagery or references that some may find disturbing. Nope. The Exodus Ensemble operates on a donation model. After your experience, we accept donations via cash, check, venmo, and all major credit cards. All donations are tax deductible to the extent of law.

We accept donations via all major credit cards, cash, check, or Venmo. After each show, we hold a reception and we’ll be able to accept your donation at that time! Email exodus@exodusensemble.com if you’d like to inquire about gifting shares.

Video or audio recording of any kind is prohibited. Photography is allowed, especially during pre-show, intermission, or post-show moments, please tag us! Photo, video, or recording of any kind is not allowed during any moments containing nudity.
